Business inquiries. When you contact us or book a meeting, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, business email, organization and meeting details. Please do not include patient information.
Website requests. Hosting and external services may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages and timestamps to deliver and protect their services.
Authorized accounts. Account use can involve identity and role details, authentication records, security events and activity logs. Demonstration patient records are fictional; account-holder information may still be personal information.
The planned engagement program may use agreed care milestones, medication context, patient replies, consent preferences and relevant measurements to coordinate approved support and clinical handoffs. The specific fields, systems and permitted uses must be defined before live processing.
The current demonstration release is restricted to synthetic patient data and simulated messaging. This restriction does not mean that patient identifiers or linked care events could never constitute protected health information.
Before an authorized live-data pilot, data scope, safeguards, roles and permitted processing must be agreed in writing. Applicable data-processing terms and a BAA, where required, govern that processing. Do not transfer real patient records until those requirements and deployment readiness are satisfied.
We use business information to answer inquiries, assess pilot fit, manage our relationship and provide updates you request. Account and security information supports authorized access, operation and protection of the service.
We do not sell personal information. Clinic-provided information is used within the agreed engagement scope. The current product does not automatically train models from patient outcomes or staff feedback; any additional data use requires an appropriate basis and the applicable notice and agreement.
The website uses Netlify hosting, links to Calendly for meeting scheduling and loads fonts from Google Fonts and Fontshare. Visiting those services or loading their resources may disclose technical request information to them; their privacy policies apply to their processing.
Service providers may process information to deliver hosting, scheduling, communications and authorized application functions. A future live-data deployment requires review of the providers and permitted data flows. Website links and demonstration screens do not establish approval to send patient data to a provider.
Business contact and inquiry information is retained as necessary to manage the relationship and applicable obligations. Our existing pilot commitment remains retention during the engagement and deletion within 90 days of engagement close, or upon written request. See our security page and signed engagement terms for the applicable process.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, or to stop optional business updates. We may need to verify your identity and authority. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on the circumstances and law.
California residents may request access, correction or deletion. We do not sell personal information. This website is intended for business users, not for children to submit information or for patients to request care.
We will update this policy when our practices change and provide additional notice where required. Changes do not override existing contractual or legal obligations.
